All the eggs in one basket

At the special "Eidorado" ("egg-El Dorado") exhibit at OLMA 2016, the egg producers of eastern Switzerland surprised visitors with a new, particularly conspicuous presentation. The booth presentation called "The Swiss Egg" was completely revised. It was clear that the latest techniques in exhibition stand construction had been skillfully applied. The large, 60 sq.m graphic canopy introduced the natural surroundings of free-range hens smack in the middle of exhibition hall 9.1 of Olma Messen St. Gallen.

Against the backdrop of this panorama the numerous visitors could enjoy egg dishes and traditional egg liqueur in the egg lounge. It was a setting that placed a fresh, modern and natural spotlight on the Swiss egg with all its seemingly infinite possibilities. The traditional visitor magnet – the hutch for baby chicks – simply had to be part of the new concept, too. As such, it was given a complete facelift and adapted to the modern makeover.

The overwhelmingly positive response and the large crowds of visitors are two strong indicators that overall, the exhibition appearance was a huge success.
